Europe Overall

So, business class. Yes, it was very good. Very comfortable and attentive. 12 hour isn't really much though. I adore flying, and flying in comfort doubles the joy. I also like the lounge privileges. May try to fly business class when going for exchange.
Rome
I felt like dying all the way through this. Jet lag does not help. It was much colder than I expected. We had a very average lunch. Nevertheless, I adore the entire walk around the Vatican City and Rome. The architecture was gorgeous. I really love the history and the art, so it really appealed to me. It was pretty awesome. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Sistine Chapel. Breathtaking. Experienced eating ice-cream in the cold too. It was fun.
Pisa
It is really much bigger than I expected. Very gorgeous architecture once again, but I had no real interest in climbing it. So took a few pics, and went for lunch. We had Chinese food, and it was very decent.
Florence
Reached Florence in the evening, aka 4pm, cos it is dark by 5pm during the winter. Gorgeous view of Florence, and this is the moment I began to drink in the sight, because no picture can ever capture the beauty of it completely. It has to be personally experienced. Love the close up view of Florence as well, and the statues of all the famous people. Leonardo, Machiavelli, Galileo and more. We walked in the night (I really like how this tour we are given the opportunity to walk around the city and experience the culture) and I hear gorgeous live music playing on instruments such as the flute and the violin. Very beautiful.
Venice
Quaint little city, and I love the idea of connecting islands. Had squid ink pasta, and it was good. Not too dry. The glass blowing factory was the highlight, and it was seriously awesome. The gondola trip was worth every Euro, even though it didn't seem so at first. The sight of the Grand Canal is breathtaking, and once again, I drank in the sight of it. In addition, my tour group booked about 8-9 gondolas in all, so we had accompaniment music. Our hotel was the best so far that night, and carbonara was delicious.
Milan
Terrible day, with terrible weather. After all the great architecture in the previous cities, Milan really cannot compare. Went shopping in a mall, but nothing captured my interest. It was basically a boring cold day, and that is terrible. Hope to return to their shopping street one day. Saw H&M but wasn't clever enough to buy.
I'll write more about the other 2 countries when I feel like it.
