Motivation

Oh right, wanted to say this a few days ago, but it slipped my mind.

Darren Criss once told a group of high school students in a drama school that they should allow terrible works to motivate them, in addition to allowing well-done works to inspire them. While several fans agreed at that point in time, I didn't get it until recently.

And all I can say is, yes, indeed, allow terrible works to motivate you. Let them horrify you, so that you would not make the same mistakes as they did. Learn from their mistakes, and then go out to make your own. Through this, you can learn to perfect your craft in any area of your life.
