So, went for an aerial fitness trial class yesterday. Body is sore like crazy today. My arms are killing me, because both hoops and silks required great upper body strength to do it well. I couldn't even climb the silks yesterday.

I never thought that I would like hoop over silk, but the fact is, hoop is easier to start with, especially for someone who hasn't done a sport in a year.

Nice and proper aerial hoop is very smooth and graceful, like silks. Have seen some where people who learn pole switch to hoop and it is very jerky.

Looking forward to start classes in Jan. It kinda makes me miss latin dance, but that will be shelved to a later date.
