My love for this video here is overwhelming.

1. You hear the amazing live voice of Darren Criss, rather than that of the usual autotuned Blaine Anderson. His voice comes through so clear, and the emotions running through the opening lines of the song is amazing. 
2. You see him goofing around, trying various verses and phrases because this is a sound check so they are testing for the sound quality
3. You see him go into the public persona mode when he thinks the camera are starting to roll, and he stops goofing off immediately. ADORE his work ethic. He is serious about his work, and he respects the work of other people too.
4. Then you see him joking when he realises he has made a goofy mistake, and his casual playing of the keyboard where he gets back to entertaining the audience and he is his usual random friendly self again. The way he is so comfortable around music and instruments also shows where his true passions/ability lies.
5. His ability to laugh at himself, and to invite people to poke fun at him. His casual swearing, which is super hot, because it grounds him in reality and he is just likely any other guy, working at his job.

I really like this video :) This might be my favourite Darren Criss video yet. Pity it is not on YouTube.
