"All that hate, and they were just afraid to say it out loud. So they did it by secret ballot." - Kurt Hummel, Glee S2E20 Prom Queen

One of the best lines of the entire series. Like other fans have mentioned, this is so apt, especially for the passing of Prop 8. California can say all they want about being gay-inclusive, including celebrating San Francisco, but the truth is shown when Prop 8 passed.

The most consistent major arc of the second season of Glee is Kurt Hummel's. I mean, there were a few missteps (See Glee S02E14, Blame It On The Alcohol), but overall, he has had the best story line. That is partially why I love Glee so much, if they can give up this entire cast.

Year 1 was about Rachel, Finn and Quinn. Year 2, they have had more time to expand the focus, giving Kurt, Santana, Brittany and Artie better story lines (though, I must say, as the expense of Rachel, Finn and Quinn). Year 3 is going to be about graduation, then we reset back to a new batch of unknowns (though I am not hopeful about that, see The Glee Project). If Glee can maintain this 3 year arc cycle, it will continue to remain fresh and relevant. I hope that it succeeds in doing so.

Provided the Glee Project doesn't ruin that. The ego of the contestants of the Glee project turns me off. I cannot watch it at all. I can't even read the textual interviews they give. When this original cast of Glee began, they had no idea of the success that Glee was going to face. They were in it not for the money, but because they love the pilot script enough to audition for it. Darren Criss is one of the most grounded persons I know, so I am not even going to talk about how he is in it for the fame. Chord Overstreet seems to be dealing well with the fame, and Ashley Fink has been in the cast long before she was promoted to a recurring role.

But the contestants of the Glee Project are talking about how they would change the whole Glee game or crazy stuff like that, which, please, look at your status and look at Lea Michele's or Chris Colfer's. Know where you stand. I really like that when Jonathan Groff, Darren Criss or Chord Overstreet joined the cast, they did their work and didn't diva up.

Yeah, so Glee is good for one more season at least. :)

ETA: I still think that Glee is a show with one of the LEAST continuity in the entire industry, and that is saying a lot because most TV shows already don't care about continuity much. Glee is practically irreverent with it. Do I wish it was as good as White Collar, Doctor Who or even Castle with continuity? Sure! Definitely wish for it. Do I think it is practical and will the writers ever change their mind? Hell no.
