allopenstarWhy is distribution for The Avengers by Walt Disney and not Paramount? How does that affect the script? Chris Evans sounds like a wimp. Maybe he'll prove me wrong? He was awesome as the Torch. Does he have the chemistry that exist between Cap and Iron Man?
Jaimie Alexander was hot, and so was Tom Hiddleston. I kind of wish Loki was a character worth redeeming, but it is a comic verse, so I doubt that would happen.
Ah well, I would watch The Avengers anyway, since it is written and directed by Joss Whedon.
As for Captain America: The First Avenger, I think that they would probably end with him being frozen? Reviving him in The Avengers would be awesome!
In Thor, I wish that all the emotional scenes could have been handled much better, but that's comic verse for you. I would have liked a Pepper/Tony type of relationship, or for her not to be so completely in awe of him. And the speed at which he changed, that was way too fast. Hemsworth was hot though, but I like him with shorter hair. Asgard looks beautiful.
Also, I like the original Thor story more, with the secret identity and everything. Rather than the outright awe of Thor.
