I am regretting not paying the 100 bucks to watch Adam Lambert perform ytd. He's good, and as I have always said, watching an artiste live cannot be compared to the CD track. In David Archuleta's case, it was a good improvement. Listening to him live is 100 times better than listening to him on CD. There is no doubt that it would be the same for Adam Lambert.

Nevertheless, his voice did sound wonky on some vids I watched. It was partly due to the vid quality, partly due to the fact that Adam sang in an open air area, and also partly due to Adam's voice control. He likes to play around with his voice, and this leads to a lot of variation, most of them good, but some of them are weird.

Warning: Talking about Adam Lambert, I am also gonna talk about the fact that he's gay. So don't continue reading if you are uncomfortable.

Of all songs, I have to say I liked Sleepwalker and Aftermath best. Well, based on vid quality.

Adam's voice is simply gorgeous in Sleepwalker, and Aftermath has such a powerful message. Sleepwalker is definitely one of the most bittersweet, angsty song I have heard, and I really like it. That is not to say I don't love the rest of the songs. I do. If you know me, you know I like EVERYTHING on the album, even the extras. I might be neutral to Broken Open and Soaked, but the rest of the songs are amazing. Strut, Sure Fire Winners, If I Had You, Fever and the rest are all brilliant songs.

I noticed that he chose not to sing For Your Entertainment. At least I think he didn't.

But, Adam certainly didn't let the fact that he was in Singapore stop him from kissing Tommy, oh no. But it was a chaste peck on the lips, rather than the full on, filthy kiss or the downright dirty suck of Adam's fingers that they usually do at other Glamnation concerts. Oh, and Tommy is as good looking as ever, esp with the brighter lighting.

They kissed during Fever, which is yet another awesome song, if only for the lyrics "There he goes/My baby walk so slow". Like I said, no attempt to switch the gender pronoun.

Yeah, so I'll definitely try to catch Adam Lambert one day live at concert. But not this time. Maybe the next album tour? Or even better, if he could come to Singapore and have a proper live concert. And David Cook. And David Archuleta.
