allopenstarI think reading blogs is definitely a double edged sword for me. Words impact me too much - so while I revel in it, I also fall with it. This is why I avoid reading some people's blogs, especially if they have too much critique in their posts. This is so not a veiled attack on any of my friends list, because tbqh, I don't read my flist, for the reasons stated above. Your life is your life, and I am only occasionally involved in it. Plus, I am now more on DW, so accessing to LJ is outta my way.
My fav type of posts are definitely the cracktastic ones, like people coming up with ideas to combine Sherlock Holmes and SPN, or Generation Kill and 2010 Olympics. Those makes me happy and gleeful. Picspams are another favourite of mine, as well as primers to any new fandom. Yup, they are all happy things.
On a totally unrelated note, I will be getting my A's results via post, and the release date is tentative 5 Mar - 9 Mar (according to MOE website), so either Friday or Monday. It's in 2 weeks time, and yep, I am still in denial of it.
