Update: I started this at 3:45am. It is now about 2 hours later, and after clearing so many tabs, I still have 3 windows worth of stuff I want to talk about. Maybe I'll grab smth to eat first.

Update #2: Perfect highest peak was at #8, but now it seems to be stuck at #11. I guess constant sales is better than a rush of sales? Plus the performance was dorky, not the awesome slick dance of RHS/SLY in the last episode.

Final update: So glad to finally get this out. UGH, the amount of things that made me angry this episode. I can finally move on to something else.

Once again, this thing is going to have very little organisation and a heck lot of analysis. Also, Glee fans are pulling out this is a fevered dream of Quinn or Will theory, which should tell you how much they hate this episode.

First of, this quote:
"You know what my real problem is with Glee? My real problem with Glee is that when it’s good, it’s better than anything else on TV. If Glee had never shown any promise, had never proved it could be brilliant, had never given a shit about its characters or its stories or its fans, if it had always been a crappy teenage show about a ragtag band of misfits, I wouldn’t get so enraged about it." - x
FACT. TRUTH.

Second, what to remember when someone comes out to you. Useful guide, just read it.

Third, I mostly blame the writers for this shit, ugh.

Things I Like

These few things.. )

Things I am Ambiguous About

What is going on, Glee? )

Things I Don't Like

There is a lot of what I don't like, under the cut.. )

Wow, if you have actually read till here, here's a bonus.

Bonus: NYADA application treasure trove (here)
Bonus! )

Final thoughts
More rambling. )

Have I destroyed your enjoyment of your casual viewing of Glee yet? Oops. But whatever, I am not sorry, these things need to be said.

In conclusion, thank you Naya Rivera for selling the hell out of these lines. Wow. This hit me right where it hurts.

So, yay! My exams are FINALLY over. :P

Have to say, I really really like the idea of uninterrupted time. Able to look at my Google Calendar and just see days on end being empty. Definitely going to soak up all these empty days of solace, because they end on 10 Jan.

Are exam results going to be released on 20th Dec? I am not going to be in SG though, cos my parents sprung a trip on me. Oops. I mean, its fun, but... I would rather be in NYC, than some regional country which my parents has picked.

Next year. My mom seems really on board with me going to NY, so I am hoping that my parents are going to allow me to go. Whee.

What am I going to do? Talk about the rest of SPACE tour, and maybe dissect the construction of Darren Criss' fame. This post is intriguing. I think it may be valid when he is in control of the stage, but when amongst friends, and interactions with fans, he is much more personal. But then he also does things that are so genuine that you can't deny that he is.

I will say that his professional mask is thicker now, that he has become less transparent and more polished. I think in the past he could have just goofed off on stage and it is an experience with his fans. But now, everyone is expecting a perfect show, so he has to deliver and there is less of that connection. Sad, but well, if he has ambition but remain as down to earth as ever, I believe he'll go far.

Oh, and I'll probably compile a list of solos by each person since the third season of Glee started, as well as chart the ratings from the first season till now.

Holidays yay!

Returns

Okay, yay! Glee is returning on Jan 17, which is also the premiere date for USA's Common Law. Whee! That's a short break. Was expecting a return in Feb. Darren Criss would still be on Broadway till Jan 22 though, so he is expected to miss an episode and half.

I had something else I wanted to say, but I forgot. Oops.

Just had a random sentence of German appear in a piece of fiction I am reading. I UNDERSTAND IT. This is awesome.
