Angry!Klaine and SPACE Encore

This gif set. I didn't even know I wanted it until I saw the gif set. But now that I have seen it, I want it. Glee, make it happen, and please write it well!!!

Even Though and Liam's Got A Phonecall are songs from MAMD, I think, which I don't watch due to secondhand embarrassment. However, Even Though is extremely catchy, and I do like listening to the SPACE tour version. Also, I love the transition between the two songs, and they basically come as a pair.

Here with one with Darren, and the dialogue that segues into Days of Summer and the performance. I love watching how from this Boston show, to the New York evening show, Darren picked up the actions very quickly.

Days of Summer is probably one of the most well-known songs of StarKid, after Back to Hogwarts and Harry Freakin' Potter. It was frequently quoted by fans in the know during the final release of the Harry Potter movie franchise. The sentiments of the song often express a continuation of something good, rather than its end. I love this song a lot.

Also, when Darren joins the StarKids in Boston, he had no idea of the choreography, and messed up. It was fun for all the fans, cos we are all "Oh, Darren!". In the video above, at the Boston evening show, Darren still messes up a little.

Have a version without Darren.

Gosh, just listening to the lyrics makes me so melancholic. I love this song!

AND FINALLY, Back to Hogwarts! This is probably the most well-known StarKid song, because it is the opening number of AVPM, and closes both AVPM and AVPS. It is super long, taking up to 10 mins with dialogue and 6-7 mins of pure song. It is also utterly fun.

The above video from New York Sunday show includes a version of Back to Hogwarts without Darren. Here is another version without Darren.

When Darren joined them in Boston, and before he left for his flight on Sunday, he sang in the role of Harry Potter, which as I mentioned before is super nostalgic for all the fans. But before that though, StarKid gets into their usual huddle to discuss who should sing for the role of Harry (since Darren is not there for most of the tour). This time round, they hilariously kept Darren out of the huddle, and continued on as usual, which led to absolutely BRILLIANT playfighting between Darren and the leads.

I adore the fact that Darren is so comfortable with his friends AND the fans that he just goes for it. Also, when Joey comes out to sing Ron's lines, the smile that spreads across the face of all the fans and the StarKids is just so wide. I have way too many feelings about this.

Here's a video of the first time Darren joined in Back to Hogwarts. None of us expected the playfight to happen.

And have one with a surprise special guest!

It is Tyler Brunsman, who originally played Cedric Diggory in AVPM.

And another!

The cute guy in the red pants is Joe Moses, who plays Severus Snape in AVPS and AVPS.

And Joe talking about how Back to Hogwarts is quintessential DC. And more play fighting, which is always awesome. Also, BEST Joey entrance EVER. Love it! Gosh, I do love this performance.

And that's the end of the SPACE tour.

Gosh, I can't believe that this spawned into a number of posts on SPACE tour. All from wanting to talk about how Darren is with the StarKids. But it is done, and I get a place to review all the awesome SPACE tour vids whenever I want to. :P

Check out more awesome StarKid stuff if you are so inclined. And celebrate the awesomeness of Lauren Lopez.
