I am going to put the numerous questions that was raised in this episode into this post, and see how Moffat answers all of them

1. Who is River Song?  MELODY POND!
1a. Who did she kill? The Doctor
1b. And how does she know how to fly the TARDIS? The Doctor taught her
2. What is the Silence?
3. How are they going to handle Amy's pregnancy? LIKE A MOFO
4. How are they going to deal with the Doctor's death? Faked
5. What the heck was the Doctor doing in those past history? Running
6. What is the story of the spaceman? RIVER SONG was recruited for her Time Lord blood to kill the Doctor in the suit
7. Did Amy really kill that child? Omg, is that child hers? NOPE, and no idea!
7a. Was that River Song? YES
8. Why does Amy keep forgetting what she sees, and what is that creature? THE SILENCE
9. Will Rory ever fully develop his personality? HELL YES.
10. Will this series be as awesome as the last? DEFINITELY! No.
11. What is the Doctor running from? Death

After episode 2:

1. Who is that woman in that latch? EYEPATCH!
2. Is Amy pregnant? LOL YES
3. Who is that child? River Song? YES
   

After episode 7:

1. Was the Doctor's name on Melody's crib? As that was previously his crib?
2. Is that how Melody learnt the Doctor's name? No. On their wedding day?
3. So if young Melody really did kill the Doctor, and then she went to jail for it, perhaps the Doctor went to the jail and began to take her on adventures? And the Doctor chose to do it in a way that the he only returned to her in reverse order. PURE SPECULATION. No, she grew up with Amy. Most likely an older person in the suit. No, it was her.
4. Is the little girl REALLY River? Yes
5. If so, why doesn't she remember? She does
